Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before purchasing any product or program from Madysen Media Group ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "Client") and Madysen Media Group.

 

By purchasing any product, program, or service from us — including Million Dollar Brand Builder and any associated courses, memberships, or coaching programs — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

 

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or use our products or services.

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

 

These Terms apply to all purchases made through our website, checkout pages, webinar registration pages, and any other sales channels operated by Madysen Media Group. Your purchase constitutes your acceptance of these Terms. These Terms may be updated from time to time, and continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

 

2. Products and Services

 

Madysen Media Group offers digital products, online courses, coaching programs, mentorship programs, and related educational content (collectively, "Programs"). Our Programs include but are not limited to:

 

  • Million Dollar Brand Builder — a digital course and mentorship program focused on building e-commerce dropshipping brands
  • Million Dollar Ads Course — a digital course focused on Facebook and Instagram advertising for e-commerce
  • Any bonus materials, templates, tools, or resources included with the above Programs

 

All Programs are delivered digitally. Upon purchase, you will receive instructions for accessing your Program via email. Madysen Media Group reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any Program at any time, though we will honor access commitments to existing purchasers.

 

3. Payment Terms

 

All prices are listed in US Dollars. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan option is explicitly offered. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

 

For payment plans: if you select a payment plan option, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method on the schedule presented at checkout. Failure to complete all scheduled payments may result in suspension or termination of access to the Program. Outstanding balances will be pursued through available legal and collections means.

 

All sales are processed through our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full payment card information.

 

4. Refund Policy and Double Your Money Back Guarantee

 

Madysen Media Group stands behind the quality and effectiveness of our Programs. We offer a conditional Double Your Money Back Guarantee on the Million Dollar Brand Builder program, subject to the eligibility requirements set forth below.

 

4.1 General Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access granted upon purchase, all sales are generally final. We do not offer refunds except as specifically described under the Double Your Money Back Guarantee below. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund except under the conditions expressly stated in Section 4.2.

 

4.2 Double Your Money Back Guarantee — Eligibility Requirements

We are so confident in the Million Dollar Brand Builder system that we offer a Double Your Money Back Guarantee. If you complete all of the required steps below within sixty (60) days of your purchase date and do not make your first sale, you may be eligible to receive a full refund of your purchase price plus an additional payment equal to your purchase price (totaling double your original investment).

 

To be eligible for the Double Your Money Back Guarantee, you must satisfy ALL of the following requirements. Failure to satisfy any single requirement will render you ineligible for the guarantee.

 

DOUBLE YOUR MONEY BACK GUARANTEE — ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

 

To qualify, you must complete ALL of the following within 60 days of purchase:

 

  1. Complete all course modules in sequential order as presented in the program.
  2. Select a product using the product selection criteria taught in the program.
  3. Build your store using the Elixir theme and methods taught in the program.
  4. Submit your product selection to the Madysen Media Group team for feedback and implement any recommended changes before proceeding.
  5. Submit your completed store to the Madysen Media Group team for a website review and implement any recommended changes before launching.
  6. Submit your ad creative and ad campaign setup to the Madysen Media Group team for feedback and implement any recommended changes before running ads.
  7. Spend a minimum of $300 USD on Facebook and/or Instagram advertising for your store.
  8. Submit a written refund request to madysen@madysenmediagroup.com with documented proof of completing all of the above requirements.

 

NOTE: All seven steps above must be completed within 60 days of your purchase date. Requests submitted after the 60-day window will not be considered regardless of completion status.

 

4.3 Required Documentation for Guarantee Claims

To submit a guarantee claim, you must provide the following documentation to madysen@madysenmediagroup.com within the 60-day window:

 

  1. Screenshots or screen recordings demonstrating completion of all course modules
  2. Written confirmation that you submitted your product for team feedback and implemented recommended changes
  3. Written confirmation that you submitted your store for team feedback and implemented recommended changes
  4. Written confirmation that you submitted your ad creative and campaign setup for team feedback and implemented recommended changes
  5. Documented proof of a minimum $300 USD ad spend (e.g., screenshots of your Facebook Ads Manager billing showing total spend)
  6. A written explanation of the steps you took and the results you experienced

 

Incomplete submissions will not be considered. Madysen Media Group reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify eligibility.

 

4.4 Guarantee Review Process

Upon receipt of a complete guarantee claim, Madysen Media Group will review your submission within fourteen (14) business days. We reserve the right to verify all submitted documentation and to request clarification or additional information. Approved refunds will be processed within thirty (30) days of approval to the original payment method.

 

4.5 Guarantee Exclusions

The Double Your Money Back Guarantee does not apply in the following circumstances:

 

  • You did not complete all seven eligibility requirements within the 60-day window
  • You submitted your claim after the 60-day deadline
  • You purchased the program under a payment plan and have not completed all scheduled payments
  • You violated these Terms in any way, including unauthorized sharing of program content
  • Your claim cannot be verified due to insufficient or fraudulent documentation
  • You participated in any chargebacks or payment disputes prior to submitting a guarantee claim

 

4.6 Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company instead of following our refund process, you will be immediately and permanently revoked from accessing all Madysen Media Group programs and you will be ineligible for the Double Your Money Back Guarantee. We reserve the right to dispute any chargebacks with documented proof of program access and these Terms. We reserve all available rights and remedies to recover outstanding balances associated with invalid or fraudulent chargebacks.

 

5. Program Access and Delivery

 

5.1 Access

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the purchased Program via the email address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to check your email (including spam/junk folders) for access instructions. Madysen Media Group is not responsible for access issues resulting from incorrect email addresses provided at checkout.

 

5.2 Lifetime Access

Where "lifetime access" is stated as part of a Program offering, this means access for the lifetime of the Program as operated by Madysen Media Group. Madysen Media Group reserves the right to retire or discontinue any Program with reasonable notice to existing members. In such cases, members will be provided adequate time to download or complete any available materials.

 

5.3 Program Updates

We regularly update our Programs to reflect current strategies and best practices. Updates are provided at no additional cost to existing Program members. However, we do not guarantee any specific update schedule or the inclusion of any particular content in future updates.

 

5.4 Technical Requirements

Access to our Programs requires a stable internet connection and a compatible device. We are not responsible for any inability to access Programs due to your technical limitations, internet connectivity issues, or device incompatibilities.

 

6. Intellectual Property

 

All content included in our Programs — including but not limited to course videos, written materials, templates, tools, worksheets, scripts, slide decks, and any other resources — is the exclusive intellectual property of Madysen Media Group and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

 

6.1 Personal License

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to access and use the Program content for your own personal business purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

 

  • Share, distribute, reproduce, or resell any Program content in any form
  • Share your login credentials with any other person
  • Use Program content to create competing products or services
  • Record, screenshot, or otherwise capture and share Program video content
  • Use our templates, scripts, or tools in any commercial offering without written permission

 

6.2 Enforcement

Unauthorized sharing or distribution of our Program content constitutes copyright infringement and a material breach of these Terms. Madysen Media Group reserves the right to immediately revoke your Program access without refund and to pursue all available legal remedies, including damages, in the event of unauthorized use or distribution of our content.

 

7. Earnings Disclaimer and No Guarantee of Results

 

IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

 

The results shared by Madysen Media Group and our students are not typical. Individual results will vary significantly based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to: your work ethic, business experience, market conditions, product selection, advertising budget, time invested, and ability to implement the strategies taught.

 

Nothing in our Programs, on our website, in our marketing materials, or in our webinars constitutes a guarantee of income or specific financial results. Any income figures referenced are illustrative of what is possible, not a guarantee of what you will earn.

 

Running an e-commerce business involves financial risk, including the risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your business decisions and their outcomes. Madysen Media Group is not responsible for any financial losses you may incur as a result of applying strategies taught in our Programs.

 

By purchasing our Programs, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this earnings disclaimer and that you are making your purchase decision based on your own independent judgment.

 

8. Community Standards and Conduct

 

Access to any private community, Facebook group, or support forum included with your Program is a privilege, not a right. By participating in our community, you agree to:

 

  • Treat all members and team members with respect
  • Not share, sell, or distribute any Program content within or outside the community
  • Not engage in spam, self-promotion, or solicitation of other members without express permission
  • Not share false, misleading, or harmful information
  • Not engage in any conduct that is discriminatory, harassing, threatening, or abusive

 

Madysen Media Group reserves the right to remove any member from the community at any time for violation of these standards, without refund.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Madysen Media Group and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business, arising out of or related to your use of our Programs or Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

 

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the Program giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

 

10. Indemnification

 

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Madysen Media Group and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our Programs, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

 

11. Privacy

 

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to our Privacy Policy. 12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

 

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

 

12.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase of our Programs, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at madysen@madysenmediagroup.com. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in Jacksonville, Florida in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

 

12.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

 

13. Modifications to Terms

 

Madysen Media Group reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our Programs following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

 

14. Severability and Entire Agreement

 

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it will be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

 

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Madysen Media Group with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.

 

15. SMS Text Messaging Program

 

This section governs your participation in our SMS text messaging program and is intended to comply with applicable laws including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and carrier requirements.

 

15.1 Program Description

Madysen Media Group operates an SMS messaging program under the brand name "Madysen Media Group." By opting in to our SMS program, you consent to receive text messages from us at the phone number you provided. Messages may include:

 

  • Webinar registration confirmations and reminders
  • Webinar replay notifications
  • Promotional messages about our products, programs, and services
  • Program updates and announcements
  • Customer support communications

 

15.2 Consent and Opt-In

By providing your phone number on any Madysen Media Group form or checkout page and checking the SMS consent box, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Madysen Media Group at the phone number provided. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

 

15.3 Message Frequency

Message frequency will vary based on your interactions with our programs and webinars. You may receive multiple messages per week during active webinar promotion periods.

 

15.4 Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier according to your mobile plan. Madysen Media Group is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier in connection with SMS messages.

 

15.5 Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Madysen Media Group at any time by:

 

  • Replying STOP to any text message you receive from us
  • Contacting us at madysen@madysenmediagroup.com and requesting to be removed from our SMS list

 

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will not receive further SMS messages unless you re-opt in. Please note that opting out of SMS does not opt you out of email communications.

15.7 Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is supported by all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint. Carrier support may vary. Madysen Media Group is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues.

 

15.8 No Sharing of SMS Data

Your phone number and SMS opt-in consent will not be sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. SMS consent data will not be shared with any third party except as necessary to operate our SMS program (e.g., our SMS platform provider, Twilio).
